Getting started is straightforward:

  1. Log in to your admin panel.
  2. Choose a theme from the Appearance section that best matches your brand.
  3. Configure your settings: site name, logo, contact information, and language preferences.
  4. Create your pages: start with the essentials: Home, About, and Contact.
  5. Set up your menus to define navigation for your visitors.
  6. Add content: portfolio items, blog posts, or products depending on your add-ons.

If you need help, our support team is always available to assist you.

Add-ons extend your website with additional functionality. To install one:

  1. Go to Admin Panel → Add-ons → Installed Add-ons.
  2. Browse the available add-ons or upload a new one.
  3. Click "Activate" next to the add-on you want to enable.
  4. The add-on will automatically run its database migrations and register its features.

To deactivate an add-on, simply click "Deactivate". Your data is preserved and will be available if you reactivate it later.

Here are several steps to improve your website's performance:

  • Optimize images: Use compressed, properly sized images. Our media library automatically generates optimized thumbnails.
  • Enable caching: Make sure application caching is enabled in your settings.
  • Use a CDN: A Content Delivery Network serves your assets from servers closer to your visitors.
  • Minimize add-ons: Only keep active the add-ons you actually use.
  • Check your hosting: Ensure your hosting plan has sufficient resources for your traffic.

If the issue persists, contact our support team for a performance audit.

We recommend regular backups to protect your data. There are two approaches:

  • Automatic backups: If your hosting plan includes daily backups, your data is already being backed up automatically. Check with your hosting provider for restore options.
  • Manual backups: You can export your database and download your media files from the admin panel at any time.

For enterprise clients, we offer automated backup solutions with point-in-time recovery. Contact our support team for more information.
